GREAT SEASON, LADIES!
 
Summer News:

-This summer, we have the opportunity to enhance our performance with a series of workouts provided by the football coaches. This program will maximize the athletic potential of each student-athlete in all of our program, build team unity school-wide, and develop mental toughness. This will be accomplished by using free weights, core development, and agility drills. We now have equipment that is designed for female athletes and workouts will be conducted to avoid injuries. The workouts will be timed and athletes will work in groups of four, with 48 athletes per session (we are attending the female athlete session). Get there a few minutes early to get your spot!

> Ladies Lacrosse will be attending Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:30-11:15am beginning June 10-July 31 (the week of July 4 there is no training). Afterwards, you will meet Coach Erwin outside for stick drills- BRING YOUR STICK.
 
> Coach Erwin expects your attendance if you are available. We understand that vacations and work schedules take priority, but if you are here, you should be working out. Attendance will be taken each day at the workout sessions.
 
  * If for some reason, you are not available on Tues/Thurs, you can attend the workouts on Monday & Wednesday at the same time.  No stick work afterwards.
