LACROSSE SUMMER DAY CAMP
 
Thanks to our coaches and players for hosting our first annual skills camp event!   Over 40 young ladies from rising 1st graders to rising 9th graders enjoyed three full mornings of skills instruction, game play and fellowship with our own Lady Greyhounds.   Our goals were to promote the game of ladies' lacrosse in our Pope community and raise funds for new team uniforms...success!

SUMMER TRAINING

All players are expected to attend practices and weight training unless you are involved in another sport that is training this summer.  Team practice will vary from week to week so please pay attention to team news emails.  Weight training is M-F 10am at Pope.
